We are looking for a reliable Laborer to join our team. This role supports skilled trades on a variety of residential and commercial projects. Ideal candidates are hard-working, eager to learn, and comfortable working in fast-paced construction environments.
Responsibilities:
Assist carpenters, installers, and site leads with daily tasks
Carry materials, load/unload tools, maintain a clean job site
Basic demolition, debris removal, and site prep
Measure, cut, and hold materials as directed
Follow safety guidelines and support overall crew productivity
Perform any additional tasks needed to keep projects moving smoothly
Requirements:
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Willingness to learn construction skills
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet
Valid driver's license
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
