Position Title: Vacation Property Manager
Location: Cleveland, Texas, Liberty, Texas, The Preserve of Texas
Position Summary
The Vacation Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, guest services, property maintenance & marketing. The role requires a balance of hospitality, operations management, and real estate oversight to ensure high occupancy rates, excellent guest experience, and asset preservation.
· Serve as primary point of contact for all guest inquiries, reservations, and issues.
· Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
· Maintain a 5-star guest experience, handling complaints promptly and professionally.
· Conduct routine inspections of property for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
· Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure timely service.
· Implement preventative maintenance schedules to protect property value.
· Manage property listings on platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Roadpass, etc.).
· Optimize pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
· Develop seasonal promotions and guest loyalty strategies.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED (Required)
· 3 years of property management or vacation rental management experience. (Preferred)
· Strong knowledge of Listing Platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Roadpass, etc) (Preferred).
· Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
· Excellent work ethic (Required)
· This is a commission-based position offered for locals only, with a very flexible schedule
· This is a 1099 contract position
