The Study Analyst I is responsible for the following:
System Support and Operations
- Configure and test any managed configuration changes to our clients’ Randomization and Trial Supply Management (RTSM) applications, executing the configuration change process. Identify the risk associated with proposed changes.
- Write and execute efficient test approaches that strike the right balance between effort and risk mitigation.
- Be able to explain the common features and configuration options of our applications to internal and external partners.
- Develop expert-level specialization in at least one area of Prancer or other 4G applications.
- Solve high complexity issues and questions independently. Partner with Technical Services teams to solve the most challenging issues. Describe technical solutions in a way that clients can understand.
- Document investigation steps and technical configurations.
- Execute other tasks including data changes, operational monitoring, validation, and integrations setup & testing.
- May serve as Customer Support point of escalation for any system or study issues when required.
- Train others on processes, RTSM configurations, testing methodology, and troubleshooting.
- Write and maintain articles on configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
