What your new challenge will look like
- Support the execution of supply chain consulting projects across multiple industries.
- Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop models, dashboards, and tools to support decision-making.
- Contribute to solutions in areas such as supply chain strategy and network design, demand planning and inventory optimization, transportation and logistics operations, intralogistics and production, etc.
- Prepare client deliverables, including presentations, reports, and recommendations.
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and working sessions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
- Conduct research on industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices.
- Support internal initiatives, including knowledge development and recruiting efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial engineering, logistics or supply chain management.
- 2 years of relevant practical experience in consulting or in our key industries with a focus on logistics and supply chain management.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills and ability to communicate effectively with client customers at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience in SQL, Python, or other data visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Ability to travel up to 80% during client engagements.
- Legally allowed to work in the U.S. (no relocation or sponsorship available).
