What your new challenge will look like
- Plan and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, email, paid media, events, and content channels
- Own campaign timelines, budgets, and performance tracking to ensure successful execution
- Collaborate with product marketing and demand generation teams to align campaigns to messaging, target audiences, and go-to-market strategies
- Manage relationships with external vendors and paid media partners, including briefing, execution oversight, and performance optimization
- Partner with sales and sales enablement teams to develop campaign assets, messaging, and supporting materials
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (creative, operations, analytics, sales) to ensure seamless campaign delivery
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, reporting insights and recommendations for optimization
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all campaign touchpoints
- Support A/B testing, experimentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field. 8 years of experience in campaign management, integrated marketing, or demand generation
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience working with paid media vendors and external agencies
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance and ROI
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce)
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or enterprise marketing environments preferred.
