Role Summary

The Wellness Provider is a licensed medical professional responsible for patient consultations, treatment planning, and prescribing therapies within the scope of their licensure. The role includes administering advanced aesthetic treatments such as: tox, fillers, PRP, Lasers hair removal and supporting center performance through patient education and a consultative sales approach. A commitment to high medical standards, patient retention, and teamwork is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care

• Conduct thorough good faith exams, physicals, and assessments for HRT, weight management, and aesthetic treatments
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient goals and medical history
• Administer injectables including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulators, plus IV therapy, with precision and adherence to safety protocols and state regulations

Patient Education and Retention

• Educate patients on treatment options, benefits, risks, and aftercare to build long-term trust and retention
• Recommend appropriate additional services to enhance patient results through a consultative, education-first approach
• Support center KPIs by promoting services, maintaining high customer service standards, and fostering patient loyalty

Collaboration and Compliance

• Work closely with the medical director and center team to ensure safety, compliance, and a superior patient experience
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations governing medical practice, including HIPAA
• Document all treatments and patient interactions accurately in the Zenoti EMR system
• Represent 4Ever Young as a trusted expert in aesthetics and wellness

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in NJ
• Minimum 3 years of injectable experience, or advanced training in aesthetic procedures
• Minimum 3 years of experience in dermal lasers
• Experience in laser hair removal
• Experience in, or willingness to train in, IV therapy
• Proficiency with, or ability to learn, the Zenoti EMR system
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, patient education ability, teamwork mentality, and sales acumen
• Adaptable, outgoing, persuasive, empathetic, and goal-driven
• Commitment to compliance and ongoing professional development
• Availability for some evening or weekend hours to accommodate patient schedules

How Success Is Measured

• Treatment plan conversion rate (percentage of consultations that lead to procedures)
• Revenue generation from aesthetic treatments
• Patient retention and rebooking rates
• Compliance with treatment and safety protocols

Pay: From $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
