- Compensation Range: $20-$25 per hour
- Provide a concierge level of service — making each encounter with our patients amazing
- Manage a multi-line phone system with professionalism and warmth
- Check patients in and out efficiently and accurately
- Collect payments for services rendered
- Complete data entry and scan documents into the electronic health record
- Confirm appointments and follow up on missed or cancelled appointments to reschedule patients
- Maintain HIPAA confidentiality at all times
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Outstanding telephone etiquette and communication skills
- Substantial knowledge of general medical terminology; plastic surgery and med-spa terminology a plus
- Strong computer and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Well-organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Collaborative team player who treats patients and co-workers with respect
- Empathetic with patients’ needs and concerns
- Highly dependable and professional
- Flexibility to work across all locations based on business needs
- 3 years of customer service experience
- 2 years of medical terminology knowledge
- 3 years of computer skills
- Electronic health record experience; Nextech EMR experience a plus
