We’re looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join our talented Interiors team in Park City. This is a high-impact role for a creative leader who thrives on guiding sophisticated residential projects from concept to completion.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the full interiors scope on multiple luxury residential projects, from concept and design development through furniture installation and project closeout
- Develop inspiring design concepts, refined finish palettes, and curated furniture selections that perfectly reflect client vision and architectural intent
- Create and review detailed interior drawings, elevations, and specifications in close coordination with Architecture and Construction teams
- Be the primary client-facing designer, delivering confident, creative, and professional presentations and communications
- Mentor and guide Interior Designers and Lead Interior Designers on the team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top vendors, reps, and artisans to source exceptional furnishings, finishes, and custom pieces
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables with precision
- Oversee furniture installations and participate in construction walk-throughs
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field
- 6 years of experience in high-end residential interior design
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit (required)
- Experience with Studio Designer (preferred), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), and SketchUp/Enscape/Lumion (a plus)
- Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills
- Exceptional communication and client presentation abilities
- A true passion for luxury design, materials, furniture, and creating spaces that feel both beautiful and deeply personal
