Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior SAP ABAP / Fiori Developer to support enterprise SAP S/4 initiatives within Supply Chain Ariba and Product Sourcing environments. This role focuses on SAP ABAP development, RAP-based application development, SAP Fiori/UI5 solutions, interface integrations, and scalable business-critical application delivery.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP S/4HANA, SAP ABAP, SAP Fiori/UI5, Agile methodologies, and cloud integration technologies within SAP BTP environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain SAP ABAP and SAP Fiori/UI5 applications
• Develop scalable business-critical applications and system integrations
• Translate functional specifications into technical design and development solutions
• Design and implement interfaces between SAP and external systems
• Develop SAP RAP (Restful ABAP Programming) and UI5/Fiori applications
• Support SAP BTP integration and API management initiatives
• Participate in software testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and deployment activities
• Review and analyze functional and technical requirements
• Support CI/CD methodologies and development best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams using Scrum or Kanban methodologies
• Utilize collaboration and project management tools including Jira, Confluence, Teams, and Zoom
• Provide technical support, enhancements, and maintenance for SAP applications
• Participate in code reviews and ensure development standards are followed

Required Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in SAP ABAP development
• 10 years of hands-on SAP ABAP experience
• 6 years of SAP Fiori/UI5 development experience
• 3 years of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) experience
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA environments
• Experience with software design, development, testing, debugging, and deployment
• Experience designing and maintaining system integrations and interfaces
• Strong experience translating functional requirements into technical specifications
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within virtual teams
• US Citizenship required due to access requirements
• Active security clearance required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Product Sourcing and Quotation Management
• Experience with RAP (Restful ABAP Programming) and CAP (Cloud Application Programming)
• Experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite – Cloud Integration
• Experience with SAP BTP API Hub and API Management
• Experience with Solman, Focused Build, and CHARM
• Experience with GitLab and GitHub
• Strong customer service and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Experience working in highly interactive Agile virtual team environments
• Self-starter with strong prioritization and independent contribution skills
