Position Overview
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support project management, procurement, documentation, and administrative operations within engineering and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage budgets, procurement documentation, and contract records
- Track purchasing activities and coordinate vendor communications
- Maintain documentation for procurement and compliance requirements
- Support KPI tracking and reporting
- Prepare solicitation packages and submit procurement requests
- Coordinate delivery and installation logistics
- Maintain records for audit and compliance purposes
- Support project planning and documentation
- Attend meetings, take notes, and provide reports
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree OR 4–6 years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe tools
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage confidential information
