412 Kitchen & Bath is looking for a professional, enthusiastic, and dependable Showroom Greeter to join our team at our North Hills showroom.
We specialize in helping homeowners transform their kitchens and bathrooms through quality cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, design services, and professional installation.
As our Showroom Greeter, you will be the first person customers meet when they walk through our doors. Your primary responsibility is to make every visitor feel welcome, comfortable, and excited about their home improvement project.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers as they enter the showroom and create a welcoming, professional environment.
- Engage visitors in friendly conversation to understand their kitchen or bathroom remodeling interests.
- Collect basic customer information, including contact details and project needs.
- Introduce customers to the appropriate sales representatives or design consultants.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and direct inquiries to the proper team members.
- Assist with scheduling showroom appointments and design consultations.
- Provide general information about our products, services, and remodeling process.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting showroom entrance and reception area.
- Assist with customer follow-ups and basic administrative tasks.
- Help ensure every visitor receives attentive, courteous service.
Qualifications
