41 North Coffee Co in Wendell, NC is looking for one part time maintenance/ handy/ cleaning person to join our 24 person strong team. We are located on 41 N Main St. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable. Handy and Extremely clean and organized. This is not a dish-washing position rather a true maintenance position. Must be able to work Friday-Saturday and sometimes Sunday afternoon
We are looking for a part-time person to maintain a clean environment, including deep cleaning and minor repairs.
Responsibilities
- Maintain business cleanliness and appearance inside and out
- Coordinate and facilitate maintenance and repairs
- Provide punctual, team oriented service
Qualifications
- Experience working in maintenance a plus
- Basic 'handyman' skills
- Extremely clean and organized
- Capable of learning new skills quickly
- Able to use hand and mechanical tools to ensure safety and completion of tasks
