Do you have experience in a commercial kitchen?? If so 41 North Coffee Co in Wendell, NC is looking for a part -time Baker / Cook to join our team. 20 hours needed. We are located on 41 N Main St. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, has excellent time management skills, and is hard-working and very clean.
Responsibilities
- Weigh and measure ingredients
- Mix and blend batters
- Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to form sweet rolls, pie crusts, tarts, cookies, or other products.
- Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed
- Ice, glaze, and decorate baked goods
- Cook and prepare other food items including but not limited to chicken, pimento cheese, soups, paninis, and sandwiches
- Prepare and maintain inventory
- Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment
Qualifications
- Attention to detail in all aspects of baking
- Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
- Experience as a Baker/cook required
- Cleanliness focused
