This involves ensuring that the delivery of rehabilitation services runs efficiently, meeting both quality standards and patient needs. A large part of the role is facilitating communication between the Rehabilitation team and the Director. The Operations Assistant of Rehabilitation Services plays an essential role in optimizing the functional, financial, and clinical operations of the Rehabilitation department. They should be able to work independently, self-driven and motivated to provide dependable, consistent support to our patients and team. Education/Skills Required: A Business-oriented associate’s degree is required or must be completed within 3 years of hire. Minimum 3 years previous office coordination and scheduling is required. Demonstrated effective and professional verbal and written communication skills required. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated experience in clinical operations is preferred. Technical proficiency and experience in current programs used at CVPH is preferred. As applicable, the individual has training/competency in attending to the special needs and/or behaviors appropriate to the age of patients for which care is being provided.
