ParishStaq Data Assistant -Temp

GENERAL SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE:  

Primary role is to provide data and administrative support for the Stabilization and Optimization of ParishStaq, Parishioner Engagement System (“PES”). The ParishStaq Data Assistant will work alongside our data and business analyst to interpret and deduplicate inactive profiles within the ParishStaq system. Some of the other skill-building activities include research, creating graphic-designed drafts of training programming materials, and working within project management software to build out a CRM.  The ideal candidate should enjoy being analytical with an interest in analysis, math, marketing, and statistics. The ParishStaq Data Assistant will receive coaching to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in software, communication, and record-keeping. Training in ParishStaq is provided.

ESSENTIAL POSITION DUTIES:

1. Assisting with research, filing, data entry, data analysis, and record maintenance.
2. Provide administrative support for the stabilization and optimization for ParishStaq, Parishioner Engagement System (“PES”).
3. Identifying Patterns and trends in data sets
4. Working with large amounts of data: names, facts, figures, and some number crunching
5. Interpret and duplicate inactive profiles within ParishStaq
6. Creating graphic-designed drafts of training program materials.
7. Working within project management software to build out a CRM.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Passion for working with data or numbers
2. Interest in marketing & graphic design
3. Experience with helping to write and organize training materials

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
