Position Summary The Dispute Resolution Specialist is responsible for effectively reviewing and resolving all purchased invoices that fall into a dispute category to ensure prompt payment of invoices in a timely manor. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Following up with clients and their customers on purchased invoices that have discrepancies and may result in delay of payment. Processing and updating all documents and invoices to resolve disputed invoices. Coordinate with clients, debtors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve all issues and provide appropriate timely responses to all inquiries. Conduct independent research to assist the business to resolve all issues efficiently. Escalate all unresolved issues to management when necessary. Researches and analyzes client and dispute information prior to initiating client contact including evaluating past resolution efforts. Communicate and follow up effectively with Dispute Resolution Manager. Other duties and projects, as assigned. Experience & Education High School diploma or equivalent. Experience in a business operations role in a fast-paced organization recommended. Previous customer service or resolution experience a plus. Knowledge of the transportation industry is preferred but not required.
