About the Position
This is not your traditional serving position. Our venue uses Toast QR ordering, allowing guests to order directly from their tables and cabanas. Your role is to provide exceptional hospitality by ensuring guests have everything they need while delivering food and beverages quickly and creating an outstanding overall experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver beverages and food to tables, cabanas, and guest areas.
- Assist guests with QR code ordering and menu questions.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the venue.
- Remove trash, empty glasses, and used dishes.
- Help keep service areas stocked and organized.
- Communicate with bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive hospitality.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Support the team wherever needed during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing personality.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to stay active throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working outdoors around the pool and pavilion.
- Hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Bar / Cocktail Knowledge
- TABC / Food Certificates
