Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, beverages, and daily specials.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them promptly into the point-of-sale system.
- Ensure all orders are prepared and delivered correctly, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
- Build positive relationships with guests by providing attentive service and responding proactively to requests.
- Collaborate closely with managers, chefs, and bartenders to ensure a smooth dining experience and quickly resolve any guest concerns.
- Verify and clarify orders with kitchen and bar staff as needed to maintain accuracy and quality standards.
- Present checks, process payments, and thank guests for their visit in a professional manner.
- Assist with the setup and arrangement of dining areas, including setting tables and accommodating larger parties when needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment by clearing and resetting tables promptly.
- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and service standards to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
