Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and families warmly, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Handle phone calls and emails, answering questions and addressing concerns efficiently.
- Collect and process payments, and verify insurance information.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and patient record management.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow and coordination.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred to serve our diverse Hialeah community.
