Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Loader/Unloader to support our warehouse and logistics operations across Nevada. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately loading and unloading freight, assisting with daily warehouse activities, and helping maintain smooth and efficient workflow throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight from 53’ dry vans and refrigerated trailers
• Support warehouse operations, including live loading/unloading, drop & hook tasks, and short-term freight staging
• Inspect shipments for damage, confirm counts, and verify documentation accuracy
• Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, and supervisors regarding load status and scheduling
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and operational policies
• Assist with inventory checks, material verification, and related warehouse tasks
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed)

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or freight handling preferred but not required
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Good communication skills and a cooperative, team-oriented approach
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to working safely
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary
• Valid driver’s license preferred but not required

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
