4 Crew Texas, LLC is a small, family owned crew services company that provides quality products and services to crew members who work onboard ships that dock throughout Texas.
We are looking for a reliable, detail oriented person to join our team onboard various cruise ships during their time docked in Galveston, TX. This position will be EVERY Sunday for approximately 9 hours (7:30am - 4:30pm).
Job Responsibilities:
- Set up all required equimpent onboard the cruise ship (laptop, printer/scanner, etc.)
- Assist crew members with sending money via MoneyGram.
- Enter all required information for the transaction.
- Provide customer service to crew members and assist with any questions regarding the MoneyGram process.
- Keep track of all required receipts and documentation for each transaction.
- Count, confirm and track all money being collected.
- Communicate daily with managers and provide daily totals for transactions/money collected.
Candidate Requirements:
- High School diploma
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Willing and able to pass a background check
- Basic computer knowledge
- Prior experience with data entry and handling cash preferred
- Strong customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, dependable and detail oriented are great qualities for this position!
Pay: $20.00 per hour
