Technician/Window Cleaner

We are hiring our first team member. This should be someone who wants to learn a valuable trade, grow with a small business, and eventually step into a leadership role.

You’ll start as an Apprentice, learning window cleaning the right way. But for the right person, this role can grow into Lead Technician, Manager, and long-term leadership or ownership-level opportunity.

Who are we?

We’re 4 Corners Window Cleaning. We are more than just a window cleaning company. We are your neighbors, friends, and active community members.

The company was founded in 2022 – just one guy and a truck, out washing windows. Over the years I have built a reputation that allowed us to grow the company to what is today. We are proud of what we have accomplished, but as we look to the future, we are even more excited to expand our services and team. Our goal is to provide more employment opportunities within our community and empowering others to be part of our journey. We believe that by growing our business, we can contribute even more positively to the place we call home.

What You’ll Do (Starting Out)

Learn professional window cleaning (residential & commercial)

Work alongside the owner and be trained hands-on

Set up and maintain tools and equipment

Deliver excellent service to customers

Learn estimating, job scope, and how the business runs

Gradually take on more responsibility as skills grow

No experience required — we will train the right person.

Growth Path (Very Important)
