Digital Analytics and Product Manager Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5 years of Digital Product Analytics, eCommerce, Product Marketing, or Digital Marketing experience
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and customer behavior analysis
- Strong knowledge of web analytics, usability, and digital product performance
- Experience with tools such as FullStory, Quantum Metrics, Firebase, Optimizely, Adobe Target, Jira, and CMS platforms
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience utilizing AI tools such as OpenAI, Claude, or similar platforms
- Analyze digital product performance and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and conversion
- Develop and execute testing and optimization strategies across web and mobile platforms
- Define KPIs and measure the success of new product features and enhancements
- Manage analytics and monitoring tools to ensure accurate performance tracking
- Partner with Product, Marketing, CRM, and Technology teams to drive continuous improvements
- Support business cases, reporting, and roadmap recommendations through data-driven analysis
