There are two levels: Senior Project Manager (salary midpoint $143K) and Project Manager (salary midpoint $112K), plus a bonus. The manager cares more about disciplined, systematic project management than hydro or software experience. • Lead projects through engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, transportation, and field service (install, commission, close out)

• Has built, managed, and maintained project schedules
• Understands project costs and commercial terms; has reviewed or administered contracts
• Understands contractual T&Cs
• Has managed several projects at the same time (the role can carry around 8)
• Has managed and pushed subcontractors and vendors
• Based in York, PA or willing to relocate; able to work 3 days onsite

Preferred Qualifications

• Hydropower or power generation experience
• SAP, ECTR, or Primavera experience
• Knowledge of casting, forging, welding, machining, and assembly
• Can read mechanical drawings and BOMs
• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Controls, Chemical, Civil)
• About 5 years tenure at a past employer
