Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Management Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and improve business processes and workflow management practices.
- Configure and optimize work management platforms, templates, dashboards, reports, and operational processes to support business objectives.
- Prioritize and manage work backlogs, facilitate planning activities, and support project and portfolio delivery initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, platform enhancements, governance standards, and user adoption strategies.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics, reports, and dashboards to monitor operational effectiveness and project health.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education |
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
|
Experience |
5 years of experience in business analysis, project management, workflow management, product operations, or process improvement. |
|
Technical Skills |
Experience with Requirements Gathering, Business Process Analysis, Workflow Management, Dashboard Development, Reporting & Analytics, Process Documentation, Data Analysis, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Project Tracking, Collaboration Tools. |
|
Business / Domain Skills |
Experience with Business Process Improvement, Stakeholder Management, Product Operations, Project Coordination, Change Management, Governance & Compliance, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Strategic Planning. |
|
Communication |
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders. |
|
Documentation |
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables. |
|
Work Authorization |
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements. |
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise workflow or project management platforms.
- Knowledge of process optimization and operational improvement methodologies.
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project delivery frameworks.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in large, cross-functional organizations.
