Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Data Scientists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
- Gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into effective analytics solutions.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Create and maintain data models and support data transformation activities.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education |
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. |

Experience |
5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or analytics. Experience working with large datasets, creating dashboards and visualizations, supporting business reporting initiatives, validating data quality, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and reporting solutions. |

Technical Skills |
Experience with SQL, Tableau, Data Analysis, Data Visualization, Dashboard Development, Reporting, Data Modeling, ETL Concepts, Data Extraction, Data Transformation, Data Validation, Excel, Business Intelligence Tools, Data Reconciliation, KPI Reporting, Database Querying |
