What are the responsibilities and job description for the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist position at 4 2 Restore, LLC?
Requirements:
- Manage daily operations that support and implement our current program objective
- Develop and maintain clinical records to ensure compliance with COMAR regulations
- Assess client's individual diagnostic, social and family needs in order to develop treatment plans, write progress notes and discharge summaries
- Oversee and advise program staff in various tasks
- Educate the direct care staff on how to provide rehabilitation services to correlate goals identified in the individual's Rehabilitation plan
- Reinforce company policies, COMAR regulatory requirements, and other regulatory agency requirements
- Develop work systems and processes that effectively drive productivity
- Set goals for the programs and track overall performance
- Analyze program results and present findings to management
- Provide strategic vision and strong leadership while directing programs
Qualifications:
- Master's Level Mental Health Professional (LCPC, LCSW-C, CPRP, LGPC) - REQUIRED
- minimum of 2 years of experience direct care experience
- Strong behavioral health knowledge
- Proficient using Microsoft O365
- Experience with ICANotes
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent leadership skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $32.00 - $37.00 per hour
