About the Role:
The Manufacturing & Transportation Recruiter plays a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent within the manufacturing and transportation sectors. This position is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and workforce needs. The recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers and department leaders to understand specific job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to these industries. Minimum Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably within manufacturing, transportation, or related industries.
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes and deliver quality hires.
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
