3T Logistics is a fast-growing transportation and logistics company operating across the Pacific Northwest, providing LTL, cross-dock, and warehousing solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers regarding shipments, delivery status, and service requests
- Tracking shipments and providing updates to customers
- Coordinating with the operations manager and drivers.
- Resolving delivery issues and customer inquiries
- Entering and updating shipment information in internal systems or Excel
- Reviewing manifests and verifying signed delivery documents
- Providing excellent customer support and maintaining strong client relationships
Requirements:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in logistics or customer service is a plus
Compensation:
$22 - $25 per hour
Monday - Friday
Contract - form 1099
