Business Development & Operations Coordinator

3T Logistics | LTL Transportation & Logistics

Who We Are

3T Logistics is a young, growing logistics company in a true build phase. This is where systems are being formed, processes are improving, and a new team is being built from the ground up.

We are not looking for someone to “fill a seat.”

We are looking for a team member who wants to build alongside us — someone who understands that in a growing company, roles evolve, responsibility expands, and impact is visible.

If you are looking for a fixed, narrow job with no change — this is not it.

If you want to be part of something growing, where effort turns into opportunity — keep reading.

Position Overview

This role combines business development, operations support, and execution. The current responsibilities reflect the company’s stage today, not its ceiling tomorrow.
