Responsibilities
- Oversee seasonal program operations and logistics
- Recruit, support, and develop coaching staff
- Assist with player evaluations, team formation, and roster management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for coaches and families
- Ensure a positive experience for athletes, parents, and staff
- Support program growth and community engagement initiatives
- Start date: 8/1 (begins with tryouts)
- End date: First week of November 11/9 (subject to change)
- Experience in coaching, athletic administration, program management, or youth sports leadership
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Passion for youth development and basketball
- AAU or travel basketball experience preferred
