The Head of Demand Generation will own the strategy, execution, and optimisation of demand generation initiatives designed to create qualified net-new pipeline. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll combine growth marketing expertise with AI-driven execution to build scalable systems, accelerate experimentation, and drive measurable revenue growth.
The Head of Demand Generation will:
– Own end-to-end growth marketing strategy focused on pipeline creation and revenue impact
– Build AI-first marketing systems, workflows, and campaign operating models
– Identify funnel bottlenecks and develop scalable solutions to improve conversion performance
– Lead multi-channel demand generation across digital, events, webinars, nurture programmes, and outbound motions
– Partner closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, and GTM teams to improve campaign performance and pipeline generation
You Will Need:
– 5 years of growth marketing or demand generation experience within B2B SaaS environments
– Proven success building and scaling demand generation programmes in high-growth businesses
– Strong expertise across paid acquisition, website conversion, email marketing, attribution, and funnel optimisation
– Experience leveraging AI tools and automation to improve marketing performance and operational efficiency
– Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
