Compensation:
We offer a lucrative commission structure. The Sr. Sales Rep has the potential to earn anywhere between $80,000 - $200,000  per year, with top earners exceeding $250,000 .

W2 AND 1099 options available. W2 packages include bases ranging up to $75k base gas card Truck stipend AND commission! (Base offered depends on experience level). We have the most aggressive 1099 compensation package in the industry.

Requirements:  

• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license capable of transporting a ladder.  

• Must be comfortable getting on roofs 

• Must be able to work a full time, 40 hour week  

• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred.  

Responsibilities:  

• Generating leads through door-knocking, networking, and referrals.  

• Conducting a professional sales presentation with a polished appearance.  

• Excellent communication skills to engage and educate customers.  

• Performing roof and property inspections.  

• Managing customer relationships and maintaining a strong client base.  

• Developing a strong knowledge of roofing products and services.
