We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you'll support our hiring process by managing recruitment efforts, conducting interviews, and providing administrative support to the HR department, including onboarding new hires.Key Responsibilities:Manage recruitment processes from start to finish.Qualify job openings, review resumes, vet candidates, schedule interviews and close.Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate profiles and interview processes.Provide administrative support for the HR department, including maintaining candidate records and managing interview schedules.Assist with onboarding by preparing new hire paperwork, scheduling orientation, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.Qualifications:2 years of Recruiting experience Experience in a recruitment agency is preferredExperience in construction industry is preferredMotivated individual with the ability to handle multiple tasksStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.Experience with HRIS systems and applicant tracking softwareStrong sourcing experience with multiple sourcesLocation: Onsite in our Winter Park, FL officePay: Base pay with commissionsBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceOfficial Roofer at UCF Athletics!
