Job Title: Master Data Coordinator (Oil & Gas)
Location: Houston, TX(Hybrid)
Duration: Full-Time.

As a material master data Coordinator, you will be responsible for cataloging materials, reading technical drawings, providing advice on key material specification, and ensuring data quality and accuracy. You will work closely with other departments such as engineering, procurement and operations to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the material master data. You will also support the development and implementation of data quality improvement initiatives and provide training and guidance to other users.
You will need to have extensive Oil and Gas experience, as well as strong knowledge of technical specifications, and material classification standards, and ideally have experience with SAP MM module. You will also need to have excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as a keen attention to detail.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience with oil and gas equipment, materials, and technical drawings
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of experience in material master data management in the oil and gas industry
- Proficient in MS Office applications and ability to learn SAP MM Module
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
