Job Description & Skill Requirement:
Assess and perform work activities in Maintenance Management System for O&G Customer.
1. Knowledge in Rotating & Static Equipment's (O&G, Process industry) & having maintenance experience is an advantage.
2. Knowledge on Maintenance Strategies & Philosophies
3. PM Optimization methods
4. Create/Validate Asset Register & Asset Hierarchy
5. Create/Validate Technical Objects Data population
6. Create/Validate Measuring points
7. Create/Validate Task list and Standard text
8. Create/Validate Maintenance Items & Plans
9. Assign spares to task list
10. Maintenance Plan and Schedule, Work load levelling.
11. Create/Validate Bill Of Material
12. SAP - Plant Maintenance Master Data build, development & loading
13. Perform Maintenance Data Analytics and Reports requirements to M&R team
14. Create Load files and perform governance process on data standards
15. Understanding of Workflows/mythologies of Plant Maintenance/Work Management system
16. CMMS Software - SAP PM Module
