Accounting Specialist - AP/AR

• Process vendor invoices and manage accounts payable.
• Support accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking.
• Record and reconcile financial transactions.
• Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Maintain organized accounting records and documentation.
• Support month-end close activities and journal entries.
• Assist with improving the efficiency and accuracy of accounting workflows.
Work with internal teams to ensure transactions are recorded correctly and promptly.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 0–2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or finance experience.
• Exposure to accounts payable, accounts receivable, or bookkeeping.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfort working with Excel and accounting software.
• Ability to work on-site in Woburn, MA.
Authorization to work in the United States.
