What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Specialist - AP/AR position at 3LED Inc.?
Location: Woburn, MA.
Compensation: $55,000 – $60,000.
Company: 3LED Group.
- Process vendor invoices and manage accounts payable.
- Support accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking.
- Record and reconcile financial transactions.
- Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Maintain organized accounting records and documentation.
- Support month-end close activities and journal entries.
- Assist with improving the efficiency and accuracy of accounting workflows. Work with internal teams to ensure transactions are recorded correctly and promptly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 0–2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or finance experience.
- Exposure to accounts payable, accounts receivable, or bookkeeping.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfort working with Excel and accounting software.
- Ability to work on-site in Woburn, MA. Authorization to work in the United States.
- Is dependable and consistent in their work.
- Takes pride in accuracy and well-organized records.
- Enjoys improving processes and maintaining structure.
- Works well in a small, collaborative team environment. Is interested in building practical accounting experience in a growing company.
