Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be working closely with attorneys and a collaborative team to manage all phases of commercial real estate transactions and leasing matters. Responsibilities include reviewing and abstracting purchase agreements and ground leases; preparing critical dates memoranda and closing checklists; analyzing title commitments, surveys, and underlying title documents; drafting title summaries and objection letters; coordinating closings; managing post-closing matters, including recordings and title policy issuance; and drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial leases, amendments, and related documents while coordinating with clients and title companies to ensure timely execution and resolution of issues.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will bring strong law firm experience supporting commercial real estate matters and will be comfortable managing multiple transactions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.
- 3 years of experience supporting commercial real estate transactions in a law firm setting
- Demonstrated experience with title and survey review, real estate closings, and commercial real estate leasing
- Strong technical proficiency and document management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining accuracy and organization
