A Lending IT Analyst works on systems that handle consumer lending products like credit cards, personal loans, auto loans, etc.
Here, the key platform is Velocity (also known as Loan Director) — a lending origination and servicing system from Fiserv.
JD Summary:
- Experience in Consumer Lending processes — loan origination, approval, funding, servicing.
- Must know or be able to learn Velocity (Fiserv Loan Director) platform.
- Should understand direct and indirect auto loans, credit cards, and personal loans.
- Acts as a bridge between business (lending operations) and technical teams (IT development/support).
