COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
In addition to a competitive base salary, every monster enjoys profit sharing bonuses – when the agency wins, you win. We are a hybrid office, with three dedicated days to collaborate in the office (Tue, Wed, Thu) lovingly called the Monster Lair. Mondays and Fridays are Work-from-Anywhere days, providing a healthy balance between the need for in-person collaboration and the necessity of life flexibility.
Role Description
Our Jr. AEs are administrative cornerstones in the Monster Lair for both client needs and internal agency events. They’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and itching to learn all there is to know about advertising to thrive in fast-paced agency life. Jr. AEs play a driving role on our accounts - working with both clients and internal teams across disciplines on day-to-day account operations, supporting senior Account folks and the Partners, helping Project Managers with workflow, and ultimately helping us strengthen our position within the halls of each of our brands. Jr. AEs help double-check everything that leaves the building for accuracy - adhering to briefs, objectives, and deadlines, at a strategic and creative quality expected from 3Headed Monster. Though primarily a support role, Jr. AEs learn to run projects quickly, assisting with and learning to be the client/agency liaison for local store marketing shoots, and print, digital, social, and TV productions.
- Bachelor’s degree
- A problem-solving spirit and hunger to learn
- At least one term and/or internship in an agency environment
- Some familiarity with agency terminology, processes, and media channels, via courses or internships
- Well-versed in the Google Suite - Docs, Slides, Calendar; Asana a plus!
- A desire to become a great communicator, both written and verbal
- A great listener and documenter, able to take in information and quickly suss out what’s next
- The most organized person in the room - detail-oriented, and able to manage time
- A natural multi-tasker that can handle the pressure of juggling several assignments/requests at once
- Resourceful, proactive, and inquisitive
- Positive outlook, enthusiasm, and good people skills
- Limited travel may be required
