Position Overview
We are seeking a data-driven, strategic, and hands-on eCommerce & Growth Manager to lead the growth of our online business. This role will be responsible for driving revenue, customer acquisition, retention, and overall eCommerce performance across all digital channels. The ideal candidate has experience managing eCommerce platforms, optimizing customer journeys, analyzing performance metrics, and executing growth strategies that scale profitable revenue.

Key Responsibilities
eCommerce Management
Own and manage the day-to-day performance of the eCommerce business.
Optimize website merchandising, navigation, product pages, and conversion funnels.
Collaborate with creative, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Manage site updates, promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to support sales goals.
Growth & Performance Marketing
Develop and execute customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Manage paid media channels, including Meta, Google, TikTok, affiliate marketing, and influencer programs.
Identify new growth opportunities and marketing channels.
Optimize customer lifetime value (LTV), repeat purchase rate, and overall profitability.
Build and execute email and SMS marketing strategies.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue, conversion rate, average order value (AOV), customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer lifetime value (LTV).
Create regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives.
Use data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Partnerships & Growth Initiatives
Support retail expansion and omnichannel growth initiatives.
Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and market share.
Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and external partners as needed.
Qualifications
5–8 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, growth marketing, or a related field.
Experience with Shopify, Mirakl,and eCommerce analytics tools.
Strong understanding of paid media, email marketing, SEO, CRO, and customer retention strategies.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, and related marketing platforms.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Experience in beauty, CPG, wellness, or consumer brands is a plus.
