Key Responsibilities
- Follow directions of Press Lead, Supervisor, and Manager
- Work in a two-man team to build products
- Follow Standards for proper setup & production operations, & safety protocols
- Meeting or exceeding efficiency & quality goals
- QC data entry
- Schedule execution
- Maintain a clean and safe factory
- Ability to train new operators
- Adhere to all company rules, policy, & guidelines
- Strong communication at the team level
- Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures
- Task driven
- Detail Oriented
- Basic math computation
- High School Diploma or GED
- Able to read and comprehend instructions
- Must be able to acknowledge and follow critical procedures
- Able to work overtime and weekends as required
Amount of Time Spent Performing Activities:
- Standing: Up to 10 hours
- Walking: Up to hours
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
- Must be able to push and pull up to 100 lbs frequently including moving pallets, carts, and plastic sheets.
- Must be able to assist with team lifting of loads exceeding 50 lbs occasionally
- Must be able to stand for the entire length of shift (up to 10 hours)
- Must be able to work in and around manufacturing and production equipment
- Frequent bending, standing, walking, twisting, kneeling, and reaching
- Must be able to see, hear, and acknowledge critical safety instructions, alarms, and forklift traffic.
- Must be able to sustain repetitive movement of both upper and lower extremities with varying degrees of force.
