Key Responsibilities:
- Follow directions of Supervisor(s) and Manager
- Able to assume supervisor responsibilities over direct reports as required.
- Work with multiple departments to ensure orders are completed on time.
- Manage team efficiency and quality of work.
- Schedule execution and management
- Subject matter expert in both the Autoclave & Press Factory responsibilities.
- Work with other Leads to achieve production daily tasks and goals.
- Follow and Lead Standards for proper setup & production operations, & safety protocols
- Conduct interviews as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe factory
- Ability to train new operators
- Forklifting
- Safety Committee support and requirements
- Adhere to all company rules, policy, & guidelines
- Other duties may be assigned
- Strong communication at all levels of organization

Amount of Time Spent Performing Activities:
- Standing: Up to 10 hours
- Walking: Up to hours
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
- Must be able to push and pull up to 100 lbs frequently including moving pallets, carts, and plastic sheets.
- Must be able to assist with team lifting of loads exceeding 50 lbs occasionally
- Must be able to stand for the entire length of shift (up to 10 hours)
- Must be able to work in and around manufacturing and production equipment
- Frequent bending, standing, walking, twisting, kneeling, and reaching
- Must be able to see, hear, and acknowledge critical safety instructions, alarms, and forklift traffic.
- Must be able to sustain repetitive movement of both upper and lower extremities with varying degrees of force.
