Title: Technical Scrum Master (SAFe/Agile/Azure DevOps)

Location: Deerfield Beach, FL (Hybrid)

Duration: 6 Months

Notes:

• Very Technical scrum master must work hand in hand with other scrum masters 
• AZURE/DEVOPS

• Financials/ERP a big plus
• This is a hands-on Scrum Master role

Position Overview:
We are seeking a mid-level Scrum Master to support SAFe Agile delivery teams within an enterprise technology environment. This role is ideal for an experienced Scrum Master who is confident facilitating core Agile and SAFe ceremonies, can effectively guide teams while taking direction from senior leadership, and brings a high level of organization, follow-through, and attention to detail to day-to-day delivery.
The Scrum Master will support platform and integration-focused teams, working closely with Product Owners, Engineers, other Scrum Masters, and Agile Coaches to ensure consistent execution of SAFe practices and delivery commitments.
Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and continuously improve Agile and SAFe ceremonies, including:
• Daily stand-ups
• Sprint planning
• Sprint reviews / demos
• Retrospectives
• PI Planning and PI execution events
• Serve as a servant leader to one or more Agile teams, helping teams:
• Remove impediments
• Improve flow and predictability
• Adhere to SAFe and Agile best practices
• Partner closely with the Product Owner, supporting effective backlog readiness, sprint execution, and delivery outcomes through collaboration and shared accountability
• Maintain strong organizational discipline, including:
• Ensuring ceremonies are well-prepared and time-boxed
• Keeping backlogs, sprint plans, and action items current and visible
• Following through on commitments, risks, and dependencies
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters, aligning on standards, practices, and cross-team dependencies
• Take direction from and partner with a Lead Scrum Master and Agile Coaches, balancing guidance received with proactive support of team needs
• Support teams operating in platform and integration environments, coordinating work across systems and technical domains
• Use Azure DevOps to support sprint execution, backlog hygiene, and reporting
• Perform light administrative and financial data entry in ServiceNow
• Promote transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement within and across teams

Required Qualifications:

• SAFe Agile certification (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master – SSM or equivalent)
• Demonstrated experience working on SAFe Agile teams
• Strong hands-on experience facilitating:
• Stand-ups
• Sprint planning
• Sprint reviews/demos
• Retrospectives
• PI Planning
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification
• Experience using Azure DevOps in an Agile delivery environment
• Ability to work collaboratively within a Scrum Master community
• Comfortable taking direction while also providing guidance to teams and partners
• Strong organizational, time management, and follow-through skills
• Strong communication and facilitation skills

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience supporting platform teams
• Background in systems integration or integration-heavy environments
• Familiarity with financial and ERP concepts, particularly in support of finance-focused enterprise systems
• Experience working in large-scale, enterprise Agile environments
