Hybrid On-Site (3/2) in Deerfield Beach, FL

Description: Role: Scrum Master (SAFe Agile)
Location: Hybrid On-Site (3/2) in Deerfield Beach, FL
Duration: 6 Months

Azure DevOps

Financials/ERP a Big Plus

This is a Hands-On Technical Scrum Master role

Required Qualifications
SAFe Agile certification (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master SSM or equivalent)
Demonstrated experience working on SAFe Agile teams
Strong hands-on experience facilitating:
Stand-ups
Sprint planning
Sprint reviews/demos
Retrospectives
PI Planning
Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification
Experience using Azure DevOps in an Agile delivery environment
Ability to work collaboratively within a Scrum Master community
Comfortable taking direction while also guiding teams and partners
Strong organizational, time management, and follow-through skills
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Experience supporting platform teams
Background in systems integration or integration-heavy environments
Familiarity with financial and ERP concepts, particularly in support of finance-focused enterprise systems
Experience working in large-scale, enterprise Agile environments
