Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and teas according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the working area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality of products served.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours while managing time effectively.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a bubble shop or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being able to take initiative when needed.
- A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
