US IT Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with hands-on expertise in recruiting for Tier 1 Vendors and Implementation Partners, specifically with TCS (Full-Time Hiring). The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle, sourcing strategies, and experience hiring permanent IT professionals for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for Tier 1 Vendors and Implementation Partners.
• Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals for Implementation Partners. TCS Full-Time requirements.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct initial screening to evaluate candidates' technical skills, communication, visa status, and work authorization.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate salary expectations and facilitate offer rollouts.
• Ensure timely submissions while maintaining quality standards.
• Track recruitment activities and maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM.
• Stay updated with US IT market trends, technologies, and recruitment best practices.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Proven experience working with Tier 1 Vendors and Implementation Partners.
• Experience recruiting for Implementation Partners. TCS Full-Time hiring.
• Strong understanding of US work authorizations (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, TN, etc.).
• Hands-on experience using job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, and Indeed.
• Excellent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with ATS and recruitment tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong understanding of US staffing processes and recruitment compliance.
• Experience hiring across technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Engineering, DevOps, SAP, Salesforce, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, and ERP.
