About the Job
As a Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist at 3B Healthcare, Inc., you will play a vital role in producing high-quality images to help diagnose medical conditions. Your expertise will enable our radiologists to provide accurate diagnoses and treatments.
Responsibilities:
- Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue.
- Perform a variety of imaging procedures, including general radiography and fluoroscopy.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients ranging from adolescence to geriatric.
- Use PACS and teleradiology systems to transfer images to the appropriate location.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and billing information while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent experience.
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) or R.T. (R)(ARRT) certification.
- Radiologic Tech (RT) license in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
