Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operates heavy equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and graders, according to site requirements and established safety procedures.
- Maneuvers equipment with precision to excavate, grade, load, and transport materials as required by project plans.
- Adheres to all company safety policies and regulatory guidelines regarding heavy equipment operation, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Wears appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times while operating equipment and on the job site.
- Follows project plans and instructions accurately, ensuring tasks are completed according to specifications and deadlines.
- Works effectively in physically demanding conditions, including prolonged periods of sitting, operating controls, and potential exposure to various weather elements.
- Communicates effectively with other team members and supervisors regarding project progress, potential issues, and safety concerns.
