Duties
- Greet guest in a friendly, welcoming, and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them in the POS system
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring order accuracy and guest satisfaction
- Check on guest throughout their visit, provide refills, and respond to request as needed
- Maintain clean and organized tables, sections, and server stations
- Handle cash and credit/debit card transactions accurately
- Work closely with kitchen, bar, and other team members to provide efficient and excellent service
